As it looks now, this box will be released on October 28, 2022 for a suggested retail price of 119.99. The content includes:

Presumably, the three Charizards come from VSTAR Universe, which will be released in Japan in December. We already know we'll be getting alternate art versions of other VSTAR Pokemon from that set, such as in our VSTAR Premium Collections for Origin Forme Dialga and Palkia and Hisuian Zoroark. We also get alternate art versions of Mewtwo VSTAR, Suicune V, and Leafeon V in the set.

There is also an Arceus VSTAR Ultra Premium Collection that will be released sometime in the future.
